In T&C further referred to as the seller.

By submitting/agreeing with these conditions the buyer enters into a purchase contract with the seller wherewith the buyer buys selected goods for the listed price.

The final price for the order consists of the price of the product and flat rate shipping. Seller is not subjected to the value added tax, therefore VAT is not part of the price and is not charged by the seller.

Ordered goods shall be dispatched to the buyer within 5 days from his order.

In case the seller is not able to dispatch the order within 5 days, he shall inform the buyer about the time needed to complete the order. At that instant the buyer can decide to wait the extra time, or to cancel the order. In case of cancellation for this reason the seller will refund the money without delay.

The shipment method is standard intl. shipping method via Czech Post and as defined by Czech Post.

For payments related to the purchase of goods and its delivery, the buyer must use one of the payment methods offered by the seller on his website.

The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reasons within 14 days from receiving the goods. In the event the buyer wishes to withdraw from the purchase contract, written notice must be sent, as well as the goods in its original condition, to the seat of the seller, at the above listed address. The seller shall return the whole received amount, incl. received payment for shipping. This refund will be sent to buyer’s bank account or paypal account specified by the buyer in the notification, within 15 days from receipt of notification as well as of the goods.
